Quotes and contracts

Nothing on this website is a quote or an offer to carry out work. Prices, timescales and guarantees are only those set out in the written quote we give you after a survey, and a contract only exists once you accept that quote. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Information on the site

We keep the site accurate and up to date, but general guidance (for example in the FAQs) is not a substitute for a survey of your own roof. Do not attempt roof work yourself on the strength of anything written here.

Cancellation

If you agree work with us away from our premises (for example at your home or by phone or email), you normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your written quote will explain this and what happens if you ask us to start within those 14 days.
